Olympic style spirit…

With the Summer 2012 Olympic games underway in London, I’m feeling sartorially sporty chic –to jump into the spirit. Though I’m not digging the classic game, nor the national uniforms, per se. I’ve become infatuated with this season’s designer gear that bridges the gap between runway and running track. While Alexander Wang kicks off this season’s sporty-luxe trend with royal-blue slub-French terry pants, Reed Krakoff stays ahead of the fashion pack with his latest gym bag that’s perfect for accessorizing work and weekend looks too!

Cardboard Couture….

Sculptor, Tom Sachs is renown for engineering one-of-a-kind recreations of various cultural symbols. I particularly admire his untraditional use of cardboard to construct couture label creations like the Hermés Value Meal and Chanel Chain Saw, which portray the brands in a whole new light!
